| Biographical/Historical Abstract: | Management programs began at the University in 1966, but the Management Center was founded in 1977 to expand and improve business executive training and knowledge. Once a part of the Division of Public Service within the Center for Adult and Continuing Education, it is now part of the School of Business, Economics, and Communication, and includes three institutes: that of Banking and Finance, Quality Management, and Management Development. The director oversees all included institutes and their relationships within the School of Business, Economics, and Communication.
